Doing a search here at Asylum Books and Games is easy. Simply type one or more search terms (the words or phrase that best describe the product you want to find) into the search box and hit the 'Enter' key or click on the Go button.
In response a results page is produced: a list of products related to your search terms, sorted both numerically and alphabetically.
Please note that due to the large number of products that we stock it is common to get a lot of results returned, so narrow down your search by including more search terms.
It is advisable to read through the results, as due to the different numbers associated with each product sometimes the search results will not be in full numerical order by issue. So issue 11 may not be displayed immediately after issue 10. But if we have it will be in your search results, so try to be more specific.
Choosing search terms
Choosing the right search terms is the key to finding the product you want.
Start with the obvious – if you're looking for Batman comics, try "batman".
But it's often advisable to use multiple search terms; if you're looking for Batman Volume 1 Issue 8, try searching for "batman 1 8".
Capitalization
Our searches are not case sensitive. All letters, regardless of how you type them, will be understood as lower case. For example, searches for batman, Batman, and BaTmAn will all return the same results.
Automatic "and" queries
By default, our search only returns products that include all of your search terms. There is no need to include "and" between terms. Keep in mind that the order in which the terms are typed will affect the search results. To restrict a search further, just include more terms.
